Safely back in Pizza land

So this post is several months overdue but I promise it is not due to a lack of eating pizza. I have still not found the perfect pizza but am still looking. Too many other things got in the way of my writing, but definitely not my eating and I hope to catch up with all my latest pizza adventures!

Unfortunately calzone's just don't quite work in Italy due to the wood fired ovens. Haven't had a good one yet. They just end up like crust with soup in the middle, fairly uncooked.

Beautiful unique place but inside isn't as nice as the piazza outside. Average pizza but fun ambiance and lots of other interesting foods (apparently)

Super over rated in my opinion, but still the nicest grocery store I've ever been in, just not the best restaurant I've been in by a long shot. Nice fresh ingredients but the olives didn't match the rest of the tastes and it was very plain.
